Apply before Dec. 9th for 2018 Benefit Programs

Notice to Members: Last payout for the 2018 Benefit Programs will be on December 9, 2018.

Request’s must be in the office no later than November 16, 2018.

We have funds available for Home Maintenance, Health Promotion, Elementary and Secondary Education Incentives as well as spots for the High School Graduation Program (this is a first come, first served). If you know someone who hasn’t yet applied for the benefit programs, please pass on the notice.

If you’re not sure if you applied for 2018, contact Michelle Wheatley at the office. Tuesday thru Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at 705-856-9559 or toll free at 1-888-818-4417. When applying be sure to include the name of program you are applying for, along with your receipts or report cards, with your name, address, phone number, date of birth and status number.
